It is a MK5 outfitted with the optional environmental kit Scubapro sold for a few years in the early 80s.
I have a couple of these and think it is a nice solution for sealing the MK5.

The MK5 outfitted with the optional environmental kit by Scubapro is a great setup, and I have used one for years. However, when putting the silicone grease into it, you need to do that when it is under pressure. If not, the piston will move and the overfilled cavity will squirt the silicone grease all over, and even by the O-rings into the interior of the regulator.
