Weight/size for the bcd wing

i am looking to buy a wing bcd, what’s the recommended size of it? I am thinking of a 20lb one. I am about 5”2’ of height, and 52kg. Usually wear 2-3kg of weight for 3mm wetsuit and 4-5kg of weight with a 5mm wetsuit.

That should work just fine! I'm about 1 1/2 of you, size-wise, and I use VintageDoubleHose's 18# wing for my warm water diving with both steel and aluminum.
