When I was using 12lt steel tank, I would take 18lbs with me underwater.Now I bought 15lt steel tank,but not sure of how much weight will I need with me underwater!
 
hmm...

well, you need to find out the difference in bouyancy at the end of the dive between the 12 L and the 15 L and adjust accordingly

for example, if the 12 L was 2 lbs negative when empty, and the 15 L is 4 lbs negative when empty, you can remove 2 lbs of weight
