Web site for LDS customer service rating

About 1 year ago, I happened across a web site that ranked local dives shops based on customer service. At the time I had just completed my OW and didn't think much about the site. However, now I want to find a shop with better customer service but I can't remember that web site.

Has anyone heard of such a site?

This site rates all kinds of stores... I've found dive shops on it before.

Someone here showed this to me when I was asking about a camera purchase. The site had pretty negative review about some of the NYC camera vendors. It helped me not purchase through a bad site.

However, I put in comments about the purchase I made and they never posted it. So it's filtered or censored I think also. Not sure why.
