Weather and Possible Dive Buddies for the weekend?

Hello everyone. Some of my friends and I are scheduled to dive this weekend in Pier Uno. One of the divers is sneezing badly though and her husband is now wavering on whether we should go diving on not plus there's currently a typhoon, but in Mindanao.

I would want to dive definitely... Anyone who knows what exactly the weather is for tom and Sunday? and Anyone who's up to dive with us in case the group decided not to go?
