way to quickly remove subscriptions

Is there a way to do this easily?
On some forums you can call up a list and check off the ones you want to unsubscribe.

So far the only way i have found is to open the thread and use the thread tools pulldown.

[Cave Diver]

Go to the Quick Links drop down menu on the red toolbar at the top of the page. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous heading then click Subscribed Threads under that heading.

That brings up a menu that lets you update your subscriptions.
