I am leaving for Thatch Caye Wed. Anyone have any ideas of water temps?

That should read "water temps", now if I could just spell.......
 
Not sure, though I may be there when you are! I'm expecting 79-81, judging by what we've been experiencing up here on Ambergris Caye.
