Hi, last night when I got back from a dive and was unpackin, my brother accidentaly turned one valveon almost full. He didn't do anything for a couple seconds then turned it off. 500 psi escaped. The tank was a lot colder. I am wondering if water could have condenesed inside the tank. It still has 600 psi.

Yes some of the water vapor that was already in the tank will have condensed but it is not harmful as many believe. The moisture is already in there, it doesn't get in from opening the valve.
I would not be concerned.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure my brother didn't hurt the tanks.
