I apologize in advance because I'm a 100% sure how to word my question.

Last week while diving I noticed my Sea & Sea housing that the O-ring around the outside of the LCD was start to darken as if water was around it. Immediately I make sure no water was in the housing, and luckily there was not. Since I've done 3-4 dives, and this happens everytime, but water is not in the housing. There is a slight gap between the acrylic and housing so I assume water getting to the o-ring is normal thus seeing the water around the edges, but I thought I'd ask before I made an expensive mistake.

Pic for reference pointing out the area I'm referring to. Thank you.
