Welcome Ontario,
Your post reminded me of my good friend Christa
from Nova Scotia. She moved to the Fl Keys after
certifying in 55(F)degrees in Halifax. She could bearly
move with all those mills of neoprene, hood, gloves
She was in love with bath water in no time at all.
She's back in the cold north now.
Have a wonderful time - and the first chance you get
jump on a plane and head for parts warm .
Broward and the Florida Keys are great for new divers
as the reefs, especially the Keys are shallow and will
give you an opportunity to get used to all the equipment.

Hi, keysgirl. I am a native Conch, born in Key West. I haven't lived there in 20 years. Hard to believe it has been that long. I will be in Key West October 5th. My dive buddy, her daughter and friend and I will be staying at my parents house. They are not in Key West currently. My husband and I are both from Key West, went to Key West High, dated and married. Both of our sons were also born there. I miss the keys soooo much, but due to family situations I won't ever be living there again. The good news is that I can visit any time since we still have a house there. I did not dive when I grew up there, only snorkeled. I am looking forward to diving the keys soon.

Maybe we can get all of us together for some diving.

Bottoms Up....Bubbles Up!!!

Margaritaville huh... that sounds sooo nice! I'm on the opposite coast in San Diego, it's like the Hotel California. I can check out anytime I like, but I can never leave!

Sea you in the Deep Blue!
