This is a quick 15 sec recording from Palau. I saw it and tried to record it swimming through the coral but only got glimpses of it. Does anyone know what kind of fish this is? It has me baffled... Is it a DaVinci Clown fish?

Juvenile Many-Spotted Sweetlips (Plectorhinchus chaetodonoides), most likely
