Was dui sold

I was ice diving last week and the subject of drysuits came up.
One of the guys noted, that dui was sold. Is this statement true?

They may have had DUI and Whites mixed up. Whites was sold to Aqua Lung several months ago.

Just to back up Kathy, DUI has not been sold nor are we in the process of being sold nor do we want to be sold! Any questions?
