Question Wanting to buy a new Backplate and wing

So I have been looking at new backplate and wing set ups . I'm leaning towards buying a halcyon infinity. But not sure to buy new or used ? I know they are for the long haul and I can basically never grow out of it as well it will grow with me as a diver .juat looking for some opinions as what was to go with new or used. They are costly I know . Thanks in advance for any advice!!!

I have a new SS plate and harness from sub gravity I could sell. I use the sub gravity AL paragon set up and really like it.
