Anyone know where I can get one? I did a search and came up with one outdated thread from when they actually sold the housing still. I emailed marscuba to see if they could still get them. Curious to see if there are any other options. I got the housing used and have no idea what the o ring has been through and would like to get a new one. I did test dive it without the camera with success, but still am a bit nervous. Thanks in advance.

John

You can order them from Yuzo in Japan.

E mail him first and get a price quote with shipping.
info@naturephoto.co.jp

He is very prompt and reliable. He ships via Japan Air Mail and you will get them within 4 or 5 days.
I have ordered from him several times.

P.S. Better order two while the getting is good. Also consider getting the Oly grease.

I second the recommendation for Yuzo. He also prefers payment through PayPal which works out great, no exchange rates or hassles. I can get a delivery from him in Japan faster than I can get a letter across Houston!

I bought a spare for mine a couple of years ago. That was when they were getting harder to find, but they were still available. Glad you could find one.

Well that was pretty painless! Just ordered a few from Yuzo. Thanks for the replies! Now if I can lose my fear of actually taking my camera down in the housing I'll be all set!:D

Johnny,

Take the housing down first without the camera to test the housing. I did. It helped give me confidence in the housing.

Yeah, thats the plan. I've only had it down to 15' with no problems. Would like to try it out down to 50-60' just to make sure. I guess a flood wouldnt be too too bad....a used c-4000 isnt that much, considering how much I paid for a crap underwater disposable plus getting it developed. I'm going to be going over that o-ring with a magnifying glass before diving the camera.......;)
