As Marylands fastest growing SCUBA Center, opportunities abound for the right candidate. To be considered, you must have at least one year experience as a Dive Center Manager or two years of retail management experience and be a certified diver.
The candidate selected will work a 5 day (Tuesday - Saturday) / 32.5 hour work week with Sundays off. In addition to base pay of $325 ($10 Hour)a week, candidates will recieve a monthly bonus of $100 - $1000 when tiered sales goals are met. Bonuses can realistically be obtained with some effort. Interested candidates may use up to 50% of their weekly salary to buy ownership interest in the shop.
We are an SDI/TDI/ERDI , PADI, and PSAI dive center.
