Want to buy appx. 20, 80 cu ft AL tanks

We need to buy 10-20 tanks for the LDS here in Estonia. We hope to find them in one location in US and ship them over. The shipping part we've done before. Of course, they'll have to be emptied of air and we DO NOT NEED the valves (unless they are already DIN). Would prefer if they still had some some time on Hydro but not absolutely necessary (more than a year out of hydro is not acceptable either).
