Southern leyte, Philippines is home to the worlds biggest fish the "Whale Shark", and that's not all. This part of the island has one of the richest marine life in the country, and in its depth lies a Japanese shipwreck dating back to WWII during the battle at Leyte Gulf, and it is also the birth place of christianity in the Philippines, since the first mass was held at Limasawa island(only a 45 minute boat ride from the port of Padre Burgos).

Do you want to open a dive shop here in San Roque, Southern leyte? We are currently looking for investors who wish to tie-up with us.
We have an 800 square meter lot with a concrete house with two regular rooms, one masters bedroom w/ bathroom, and a native cottage with a bathroom. We are very open to ideas of developing it into a hotel.
Those who wish to invest a dive shop with us will get a 200 square meter lot for his/her dive shop "FREE OF CHARGE".

So how close to the sea is this place? What happens to the other 600 sq metres of the site? What sort of investor do you want? What would be the title to the 200 sq m? You really need to do more/provide detailed information if you want to attract any serious people. Photos would be a good idea!
