10:00 AM- Vista Park (south of Oakland Park Blvd.) Seas flat calm; Water temp 81 degrees; Depth 18 ft for 76 minutes; Vis. 30 ft; Current slight South.

Great conditions and a great dive. I had not done this beach dive in about 2 years and was very pleased with the health of this shallow reef. Some very healthy patches of Staghorn Coral present, and the other coral formations looked very healthy. The usual managerie of shallow critters around: Grey Angels, Blue Angel, Tangs, Grunts, Cowfish, tarpon (2), Spotfin Butterfly, and a angry Trigger. Lots of Flamingo Tongues, Flame Scallops etc...

Will be back again soon!
