Visiting July 29th through Aug 2... suggestions?

I've searched and searched and it seems like many of the live aboards are not operating during that time and some of the marine reserves are closed. I'll be flying in to Bangkok early the 29th and need to be back on on Aug 2nd but figured I could get some nice dives in.

Any suggestions on what location to visit and who to book with?

Do some nice local dives in the Andaman Sea. Best sites would be Phi Phi and King Cruiser-Shark Point area, all available from Phuket, Krabi (Ao Nang), Phi Phi and Koh Lanta.
