Hi, we have a few open spots for a week's diving adventure this fall, october 21. - 28. October. We just thought we'd hear for some international participation as well!

We are "semi-profesionals" in arranging dive trips. Which means we're not making money out of it (Maybe one day in the future... ), but we're getting kind of good at making things come through. We've already arranged several trips to this place, and we are well "worked in" there.

Where? At the island Hitra, outside the Trondheimsfiord, right into the North Atlantic Ocean. Great place for diving and sportsfishing as well.

Accomodations are very comfortable. Large appartement (100 sqm) with 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna and a hot tub.

Diving is great. In one week you get 18 guided dives (if you can take it...) from a 24 foot aluminium boat (16 knots). Free airfills as much as you like. Expect mostly grand nature diving, uw-hunting and "food dives". There's also strong tidal currents in narrow sounds for the experienced, but most divesites are very safe. This is drysuit diving only though.

Price is set 300 Euro pp for 6 days of diving and 7 nights. Travel and food not included. We will split on the food and preparations. There's a fully equiped kitchen, dishwasher and everything.

Nearest airport is Trondheim, and there's a fast ferry going from Trondheim to Hitra where we can pick you up at the docks. Gear can be rented at several diving stores in Trondheim, full or partial. We can make contacts to all suppliers, and meet you in Trondheim if you feel more comfy with that.

We have references, if you like. This is NOT a professional arrangement. You must expect to help out with daily chores and take your turn in the kitchen. We prefer social individuals who are curious and open minded toward other countries' way of life. Are you? Then expect to make good friends here!

Max number of participants is set at 16, but more likely we'll be 8 including your guide for the week (me).

We do reserve the right to make changes in the arrangement. Mainly because if turnout is good we would like to offer a full day excursion with the 72 ft M/S Ansnes to our guests. If so, this will raise the price some 100 Euros pp, but you get a 10 hour sightseeing in a very comfortable ship, including lunch, dinner and two dives, and you will not be sorry! This will be decided before June 1. and depends on the number of participants.

If you are interested, please e-mail us at post@dykketur.com or post your questions here. If you speak English, you can call me at +47 91312199 as well. You may reserve a spot without obligations until June 1. Then there's a 50% deposit to be made, which will only be refunded if your spot is filled by someone else.

Sincerely,

Reidar Harjo Johansen, NORWAY
