Visibility in Bilbao

Hi all -

I am working with a documentary crew that is considering an underwater shoot in Bilbao with some geologists as they do their research. Does anyone have information about the visibility near Bilbao in July? We'd also be looking to hire a local underwater cinematographer with a professional rig (sorry, no GoPros) if anyone is interested.

Any info would be much appreciated!
