[Note: I wasn't sure exactly which forum to post this in, so the moderators should feel free to move it].

I recently spent 9 days diving the wrecks in Vis, Croatia. It was an amazing trip. I wrote up a lengthy and detailed report of my trip including information on travel, Covid, hotels, logistics, diving, etc. I hope it will be useful for anybody else that is planning a trip there.

I will follow this up with in-depth posts on each of the wrecks that I dove.

Regards,

- brett

Excellent report, I enjoyed reading it very much, thank you! I'd love to go to Croatia and dive there. Croatia is across the Med. from Libya.

Did you have any difficulty traveling with your dive gear or had to pay excess baggage fees?

When were you there? I came from Komiža last week. Diving with ISSA.

I was diving with B-24 and was there at the same time. My dive days were 15 May - 23 May. I think one day the ISSA boat had a problem and you guys used the B-24 boat (possibly on 23 May)?

Thanks for your comments.

I was fortunate to fly business class and they didn't charge me any excess baggage fees in either direction (even though I had more than the allotted number of bags even for biz class).

IDK, I came back on 21st. Second group from our club was diving May 22nd-today. I'll check with them.

I have a good friend and fellow diver who is Croatian. I'm gonna send him the Trip report. I keep telling him to go dive there. Awesome as always.

He is first gen. His folks were born there. He was born here.
