virgin needs careers advice

hi im just starting out in diving(doing padi openwater at mo).I WANT TO MAKE A CAREERE out of diving either by opening a dive school or becoming a commercial diver(hopefully). is thiere any advice anyone could give me (good or bad) on what courses i need to do or thier opinions on what i am trying to achieve for myself and family
