I just watched the movie "Diamond Arm" (Russian comedy, 1969. Pink Panther-ish series of mixups involving a hapless tourist and smugglers). About 3/4 into the movie there's a few minutes of ridiculous action involving a diver wearing a double-hose, double tanks (with what looks like a large rectangular weight plate securing them together) and a scary torpedo-like DPV with exposed propellers.

Ha ha ha ha ha magnificent!
