The main sizes to look at are the height, chest, and shoe sizes.
The measurements can "play" off of each other; a 6' person with 58" chest can probably get by in this suit for instance.
A little "over or under" can be offset somewhat by another measurement that's "under or over".
I use a 04W myself & I'm 5'11" with a 55" chest (58" with a lot of undies) and 44" - 46" waist, 48" or better with undies.
