I have been using a DSLR camera underwater for a little over a year now. I have recently been making slideshows with music and animation from the still images. Most of the images are macro and some are wide-angle. It's also possible to integreate video clips in the production.

Here is a recent video showing the marine life at the Los Coronados Islands of Mexico.

It features fifty-five high resolution images from the Coronados Islands of Mexico.
Music by Johann Sebastian Bach" (04:32)

Here is a recent video showing the marine life in Cozumel Mexico.

It provides an overview of the underwater world of Cozumel. With visibility typically at 200’ and water temperature of 80 degrees it’s really a paradise for divers. The marine life and the reefs are always interesting and beautiful. (4:54) Music by Franz Shubert.
I am interested to know how you like them.

You don't need the effects. From my point of view a still image should not move, just show it as it is. One image after the other and nice music is better. The movement prevents that I can collect the details of the image. To improve the show a narration is maybe an option.

I think the effects worked ok with that slideshow along with that music. It looks like a lot of thought was put into it. I know if it entertained the maker then it was a huge success. I am pretty sure it did so well done...
