What do you have for a very bright video light that would mount to the arms? Pictures, please!

This one...

http://tovatec.com/gvlgalaxy-video-light/

Pictures? How about a video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYtXrzNNqmU

Features:

2500 lumens
5500~600 K Colour Temp
Waterproof to 400 feet
140 degree wide angle beam
Removable rechargeable Li-ion battery providing:
1 hour burn time at full power
2 hours at 50% power
3 hours at 30% power
Video mount adapter (Y clamp) for attaching to standard flex arm.
Carry case with charger
Universal plug set
Extra set of O-rings included.
Anodized aluminium construction.
Dimensions: 72mm X 100mm X 120mm
Weight: 702g (including Battery)

Beam angle is important, the GoPro shoots 170o so you want to try to match it so you don't get dark circles around your subject.
Two lights would be optimal for overlapping coverage. 2500 lumens is midrange fish scaring power.

And I don't even work for them...lol

DiverSteve is right. At a 140 degree beam angle producing 2500 lumens each the Galaxy is the light to go with for serious underwater video. Take a look at the attached page from our latest catalog. You can see two Galaxy lights mounted on the camera that won its owner "Best Underwater Video in Spain" for 2014.
