I made my own. Infrared underwater camera. Marine rated AV cable and connections to a Toshiba toughbook with a DVD burner. I wrapped it all up in a Pelican case. Voila.
Super trick video system. Cost me about 5k and a few hrs.
 
Shark Marine of St. Catherines, Ontario (Canada) have quite a few nice underwater video cameras that include: extreme low profile, infrared, extreme low-light (ELL) or LL, zoom and even a 3D camera. They have lighting systems and mounting brackets for all types of hats and the cameras are interchangeable on their sleds, towed/cabled cameras systems and ROVs.
