Victoria Island Charter During the Week

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to be heading to Vancouver Island with a dive buddy in two weeks and were wanted to hit a few dives on Aug 18, 19, 20. The dives we would prefer to do are the 737, Race Rocks, and HMCS Mackenzie. The problem now seems to be finding a charter that goes out throughout the week. I gave Ogden's Point Dive Center a call and they only do weekend dives apparently. Can anyone recommend a dive charter that is willing to go out through the week?

You are right about Race Rocks. But if you can get a group of at least 4 divers together along with a little notice, Julie at Ogden Point Dive Center can put a charter together for you during the week. Any other takers out there?

The 737 in Chemainus is another nice dive, but it books up pretty quick. They also have some nearby wreck dives and reef/critter exploration dives. Sunday is typically the day to visit the Mackenzie so to go mid-week you need to try and put together at least a group of 4 divers and then contact Ogden Point. You could always contact Sidney Dive n Surf ( Sidney Dive n Surf - Vancouver Island, BC, Canada) to see if they are still doing their daily dive charters?

Thanks a lot for your help. I'm probably going to try and get a hold of Sidney Dive n Surf tomorrow, as they seem to go out every day and only require 2 divers minimum.
