Veo 100 question

I am considering buying a backup computer, I have a Datamask and want another computer that uses the same algorithms.

I am looking at a Veo 100 for this. I have seen one for a reasonable price. It is in a wrist boot. My question is, can it be removed from the boot and mounted a clipped to a d-ring? Is there a mount available for this? I don't want to put it in a console.

I put a veo 180 in this hose mount: Oceanic Worldwide - Scuba and Snorkeling Gear, Scuba and Snorkeling Equipment and Dive Gear . I assume it will work for the 100 as well, but I would verify first. It worked out great for me!

I received a VEO 100 for Xmas. I read through all the literature that came with it I turned it on to work with it. Nowhere do I see any way of turning it off. I don't want to waste the battery. How do you turn these off?
