Has anyone heard about the diver that was bitten while diving off Venice pier last weekend? I understand he was looking for shark teeth south of the pier at Sharky's and received 20 or so stitches. I would like to try and get some more info. as we dive the area north of the pier. Just curious as to what happened and if it was in fact a nurse shark. Thanks for any info.

I haven't heard a word about this. Can't find it on the Venice Gondolier, either. Do you have any more information?

I was out there last Saturday just south of the pier. We aborted because the vis was absolute 0. I was there for the better part of the day and heard nothing about it.

That's a rough way to get shark teeth. OUCH!!

Yeah, but they're pretty and white!

Just a jackknife has Macheath dear
And he keeps it way out of sight
