Went there on a cruise and needed to be escorted where ever we went. Seems many of the locals would like to rob us.

We had a friend who IS Venezuelan, but now lives in Bonaire. She went back last year to sell her condo and was mugged in broad daylight in the middle of a crowded park! Also I would check out the state departments warning for going to Venezuela!
