Not sure anybody dives there, the article below calls this reef just off Cartagena "highly poluted", yet "thriving".... and about to loos 1/4 of it's size to a new shipping channel.

Is anybody diving there?
Is it being studied as to what makes it a thriving reef despite the circumstances?
