Здравствуйте, уважаемые господа. Буду благодарен за информацию. У меня десяток баллонов с такими клапанами. Хочу все привести в порядок. Нужен совет - из какого материала сделать уплотнение шара? Думаю, черные кольца выточить из делрина. Но я прошу совета, как уплотнить шар.....
может быть есть деталь клапана SP?

I think the two ball seats (01.060.101) as well as the two required ball seat gaskets (01.060.142) can't be bought from ScubaPro anymore. They do show up as available, but their customer support needs to be contacted. However, with some luck these might still be available via ScubaPro.

As to manufacture them by yourself, I'm not entirely sure what they are made of. I would think the seats are made from PTFE and Delrin or similar homopolymer (Even PTFE again) seems like a reasonable choice for the seat gaskets.

Excellent. Thanks for your response. Thanks for the diagram. There is a saying in Crimea: If I want something, I will definitely drink it. I will put the valves in order.
