Thank you for your inquiry! To answer your question, yes, we can move the exhaust valve. However, having the exhaust valve on the forearm could be very cumbersome. We do have a smaller exhaust designed for that region. This is the cuff dump. However, the cuff dump is an automatic vent system, is not adjustable, and can not be manual dumped. The design is mainly for surface use and we do NOT recommend it as your sole/primary exhaust for diving. However, you can use it in addition to your primary exhaust if you felt you needed it.

If the main problem you are having is that you can not reach the valve, you may consider having it moved a couple inches inward rather than have it moved to the forearm.
