VA dive sites

Im going to vist a friend who lives in Arlington VA this summer. She will be working part of the time, I would love to get at least one dive in while I am there ( I dont' want to go into withdrawals by not diving for a couple of weeks in the summer) is there ANYTHING within reasonable driving distance to the Arlington/ DC area?

I've never dove in the greater DC area but do have future plans for such so I have gathered the following information which might be of interest:

The only really close diving is Millbrook, but there are boats out of VA beach and Ocean City, MD that are worth the extra drive - http://www.ldcscuba.com/, http://www.ocdiver.com/. Lake Rawlings, mentioned above, is a fair drive and IMO, not worth the extra travel time, unless you like quarries.
