V-Planner question

I've been playing around with the un-registered version of V-Planner on my laptop and like it so far, unfortunately I can't do the the same on my Pocket PC unless I register the software. I'd like to know if the the Pocket PC version also comes bundled with the blender program. Does anyone know?

Any Pocket PC based blending program out there? I presently have Van der Waals' blender but it uses metric units only (litres & bars) it's a pain to have to convert to imperial units.

The Pocket PC can't be programmed to do the conversions from Metric to US (once the output from the Vplanner is calculated)?
