V-16 and size 13 DUI Rock Boot

Hello Doug,
Will the XL V-16 comfortably fit a size 13 DUI Rock Boot ?
The big issue is removing the fins without help... the rubber band on the toe of the boot seems to get jammed in the pocket, I've tried just about every fin that would remotely honor the huge boot with no solution !

I'm hardly an expert but I have size 15 regular boots (Pinnacle) and didn't have the most luck with the largest V-16's. As much as it pained me to go away from Oceanic I ended up with Scubapro Twin Jet Max's. They had the biggest foot pocket of all the fins I've tried. In fact, it's much wider than my boots which, as I'm sure you can relate, is not a common occurrence.

I wear a size 13 boot and have no problem getting the fin on my drysuit, ive seen two other instructors with the same size as me use the same size fin, one with a pinnacle evo 2 and the other with an older oceanic suit, both use rubber boots.
