Uwatec Problem With Memomouse!

I have an UWATEC Aladin Air Z nitrox hosless dive computer and have always downloaded my dives to my desktop computer.....I have currently about 45 dives.....The download to my desktop computer had worked without any problems until as of late......

My last dives were in Key Largo and just recently in Cancun Mexico....when I dowloaded the dives.......the computer had not given me the line graph dive profile like the others.....the stats window showed the dive occured but it didnt give me the line graph like the others.....4 dives from largo never came up and 5 dives from cancun never came up.......

Is there any reason for this? is my computer broke?

Im just concerned because everything was working fine till I went to Largo......

Has anyone else had this problem??

I don't think there is anything wrong with your computer.

I have the Uwatec Aladin Nitrox Pro and a Memo Mouse.

You may want to check you manual. I have had the same thing happen to me but it is not an error, just a limitation of the amount of memory in the unit.

The computer can hold many more dives (actual dive info) then it can hold dive profile (the graphs). According the the manual that comes with the Memo Mouse (and I found the same in the manual for my computer) quote:

"UWATEC dive computers of the Aladin family and compatible instruments save the logbook data of the last 37 dives. The most current dives up to a maximum of 200 dive minutes (e.g. 4 dives each of 50 minutes' duration) are saved in detail with a dive profile in 20-seconds increments."

Because of this limitation, my wife and I have gotten in the habit of downloading the computers to the memo mouse at the end of each days diving. It can hold up to 66 hours of detailed dive data and profiles.
