This is an old computer that I found underwater several years ago. It was working. the battery has since died. It appears to be in very good condition and since it was rinsed well and stored inside, I have every reason to believe that it will fire up when the battery is replaced.
No transmitter.
It is my understanding that battery replacement is a big deal on this old computer, so I don't expect it is worth much now.
Make me an offer, I want it off my desk. This is probably for someone who knows these things and knows how to do a battery replacement themselves.
Also the protective screen looks cloudy and rough in the picture, but once wet is looks perfect.
