Used Sherwood SR1 price?

How much would you pay for a used, but in excellent condition, Sherwood SR1 regular setup. It was purchased about 10 years ago and has only been used 3-5 times. It was serviced 5 years ago and hasn’t been used since.

Im looking at buying it and the seller said pay me a fair price and it’s yours.

It’s the entire octopus, safe second included.

Just my opinion, stay away from it, they had a terrible reputation. Back in the day my LDS stopped selling due to never ending "issues". This reputation seemed to reach far and wide.

You guys are harsh! I like mine! The first stage is magnificent.
I think it's worth $175 with an octo. A safe second is a bit of a detractor, IMO. But if that's how he likes to dive, instead of two seconds, then the price is fair.

I would probably go backwards, call around and find out what a full servicing would cost and go from there.
