I have full and part time positions for Dive Boat Captains to join the team at Silent World in Key Largo.
Essential:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
- Excellent work ethic
- Minimum 50 ton USCG license
- Passion for Scuba Diving
- Pre-employment drug test and consortium membership
Desirable (Training can be given):
-Technical Diving certification
-DAN 02 provider / DEMP qualifications
-CCR Diver certification
-Professional diver level certification such as PADI Dive Master or similar.

Candidates with little or no experience of commercial dive boat operations are encouraged to apply as full training will be given. We find its often easier to mold a new individual than try to change bad habits of 'experienced' mariners. Customer focus is more important to us than your boating resume.
