I'm looking for one too. I sent an email to http://nwsportsdivers.com/ to ask if they have them. I saw the reference in an older post on the forums here.
I thought it was Silent Diving Systems, who also distribute the AP Valves Inspiration and Evolution, who were bringing Fourth Element clothing into the US. They should be able to furnish you with a list of stockists.

Northwest Sports Divers is a dealer. My husband bought his there, and I bought the socks.
I know this is not in the US (close tho,,,). I bought mine at Aqua Sub Scuba in Richmond Hill, Ontario (just north of Toronto). Fantastic product - kept me warm on a long (~45 minutes), very cold dive last weekend. Bottom temperature? 37 F. Great product - comfortable, not bulky or lofty (like the Weezles), and not confining (was able to perform S-drills easily). Grab a set whereever you can. Just my two cents...Cheers!
