It would be more useful and less confusing if all the revisions went into one locked thread.

We considered that but we didn't want to limit discussion. Having them all in one thread could make those discussions confusing. We are trying to get copies of all the US and Royal Navy Manuals so divers can compare to see how the technology changes over time.

Perhaps a better solution would be to provide a sticky Table of Contents (with links). That would make it easier to see all of them in one screen and would put the current version at the top of the list, which most members would be interested in.
