US Equivalent for O-ring 1,78 mm x 31,47

I am in the USA. I was told I need the O Ring: O-ring 1,78 mm x 31,47
mm 70 ShA (K5664)

Problem is all of the websites I go to use inches not millimeters so does anyone know what the Inside, Outside and thickness of material would be in inches.
