It's a US Divers Aquarius, 1st stage serial number ED1296 (1996?). It has 4 LP ports and 1 HP port. For those of you who don't know, the Aquarius is an ultra-reliable, easy to service piston first stage regulator. This would be a superb starter regulator setup for a beginner or infrequent diver. Parts are cheap and easy to find.
The 1st and 2nd stage look unused with only a tiny bit of grime / scratches. The octo is used. The hoses are in okay shape with the usual wear.
IP tested @ 3000 psi was 138 psi with no creep and quick response / breath sensitivity.
Comes with a BC hose!
Add an SPG and you're ready to hit up those Caribbean reefs!
