I don't get on this board much,, but thought some of you might find this interesting. I may have this device refined and produced at some point, although there is much more work to do such as changing the fin material from rubber 60 Shore A to polyethylene foils,, and redesigning/reshaping the fins for greater speed and efficiency. Also, the main axes of the fins will probably be indirectly secured to the back plate of the BCD with a bracket. The orange roll control float will be eliminated and a wing or back BCD bladder should be able to maintain roll stability. Canted knuckle joints in this video are at 30 degrees.
