Have had an A95 for a few years and I am really happy with the photos but ... droppped the housing on a boat last month and there is now a crack. So I need to decide to get another housing or upgrade to a newer camera and get a housing for that. But I am completely confused as to what model to go for , ideally I just want one that is as easy to use as the A95. Can anyone give me a suggestion ?

Thanks

Any of the A series models will be just as easy. The newer ones have the newer, faster chip which is nice, but there are cameras in the series for pretty much any budget.

If you want something bigger and a bit more feature rich, Canon's G9 is a lovely unit.

Personally, I'm picking up some more A series cameras in a few weeks ;)

Plural eh ... ? :D May I ask which A model?

Thanks Alcina. Apparently great little cameras - got very favorable reviews as well.
