What is involved in upgrading my Edge Epic 2012 to the environmentally sealed version. I see that I can get the kit online, is it a task that a mechanically adept person could perform, or should it only be done by an authorized service center?
I'm a new diver, but my instructor was very impressed by the quality and performance of the regulator. My LDS isn't familiar with the brand at all, and seems a bit disparaging, but he seems to be 90% Scuba-Pro gear and Aqua-Lung gear. PM me if you want, I'll be glad to provide contact info for the shop if you want to try and convert him.
