Obviously it rules out Apeks!
It's also not Poseidon, Dive Rite or Northern Diver.
It does look like something that was used as part of a back inflate BC though, as opposed to a dedicated wing & backplate. (extra hardware on the critter)

Does it have little loops on the outer and inner side of the wing? Maybe for bungees?

The shape reminds me of Dive-Rite Rec wing or Nomad wing, with bungees and logo removed (and an older model), but someone already ruled out Dive-Rites.

How big is it, how much lift approximately? For doubles or singles?

It looks like a zeagle ranger without the soft harness.

It's not a Zeagle inflator though. Although that could've been changed.

Is that a pull dump on top opposite the inflator? If so that's not a Ranger LTD wing as they have the cable integrated pull-dump in on the inflator side and two at the bottom.
